The entire daily lunch sales process was managed through WhatsApp. A dedicated operator had to receive orders, confirm customizations (protein changes, additions), process payments, and coordinate logistics. This method was extremely slow, prone to order errors, and didn't provide a clear view of real-time sales.
Access control to the cafeterias they managed in other companies was manual. This resulted in a lack of reliable data, difficulties in monthly consumption reconciliation, and a slow and laborious billing process to their corporate clients, based on manual reports.
To solve this dual complexity, we partnered with Kukayo to design and build a comprehensive solution that digitalized both facets of their business from the ground up.
We developed a unique e-commerce platform, specifically designed for their daily menu sales flow. The solution allows Kukayo to upload each day's lunches and customers to purchase them intuitively, customizing their order with protein changes, soups, or desserts. The system processes payment and generates the order automatically.
For the B2B operation, we implemented a touchscreen kiosk system in each cafeteria. Employees of client companies enter their ID number, the system validates their identity and status in real-time, and prints a unique ticket to exchange for their meal. Each transaction is instantly reported to a central system.
